Designed to catalyze partnerships and innovation, the event drew 75–100 leading scientists, investors, and industry pioneers for a global conversation on the future of medicine.
Elevating Science with Visual Brilliance
One of the event’s most praised technical features was the LED wall, described by the client as “the best they ever experienced.” This wasn’t just high praise—it was a validation of our attention to technical excellence. The wall also left a strong impression on Landmark’s client, Northwell Health, positioning Astoria as a trusted partner in future collaborations.
To ensure the visual content met the high standards of both audience and client, we deployed 4K cameras for pristine video capture. Our team also utilized a specialized converter that eliminated the common artifacting (those faint scan lines) that can interfere when photographing LED displays. The result: visuals that not only looked sharp in real time but translated flawlessly in post-event media.
